- Initial association membership fee is $2,000 for one or two joint owners. Maximum 2 co-owners.

Tennis - Regular members who wish to become tennis member and thus have the right to use tennis must apply in writing with the appropriate form.

The initial membership fee to become a tennis member is $3,000. This fee is payable in six consecutive annual installments of $500.

Annual fee - The 2022 annual fee was $250 plus $50 for tennis members.

Anchorage - The seller cannot guarantee that the future buyer will have a berth, it depends on the type of boat and especially the dimensions. The shorter the boat, the easier it is to find a place for it. The Association mentions that there is currently no waiting list, and that there are some spaces available.
